Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation. Where there is less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the full fee for that session will be incurred. I will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any need to cancel appointments. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions (bottom of website) for more detailed information.
